SPC2 - Amazon
SPC2, or Selling Partner Customer Connection, is an internal team at Amazon focused on helping corporate employees better understand the tools, processes, and day-to-day challenges faced by Amazon's customer support teams. Their goal is to improve the seller and employee experience by identifying areas where departments can better support one another to enhance the overall customer journey.

During my time as a Production and Marketing Specialist intern, I supported SPC2 by creating internal communication materials, organizing global training efforts, and helping document best practices for scaling the program’s impact. These trainings gave corporate teams a chance to connect with frontline experiences and find meaningful ways to improve processes across the company. My work on SPC2 initiatives can be seen below.
